Failure Is a Stepping Stone to Success, Says Dominion Broadcast CEO Femi Adefila.

Failure has been described as a necessary ingredient to success and an experience gathered on the path to full accomplishment.

The Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Broadcast, Doctor Femi Adefila stated this on the station program “The Big Conversation” emphasizing that success is not ready made but such that requires patience and constant pursuance until fulfilment, stressing that the majority who fail lack resilience art.

Speaking on the societal stand on gender failure and acceptance, he stated that society embraces and supports women more, stressing the challenges men in our today society are faced with.

He added that parents and society have a role to play, advising parents to give their children opportunity to explore in their strength and encourage them to be resilient.
