DINO MELAYE RESIGNS FROM PDP, CITES PARTY’S FAILURE TO RESCUE NIGERIA

Former Kogi West Senator, Dino Melaye, has formally resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), attributing his decision to the party’s inability to deliver Nigeria from what he described as prevailing political cankerworms.

His resignation was conveyed in a letter dated July 30, addressed to the PDP Ward 1 Chairman in Aiyetoro Gbede, Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Melaye’s exit comes amid the formation of a new opposition coalition, making him the latest prominent figure to part ways with the party.
