PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU PROMISES ENHANCED SECURITY IN KATSINA STATE
President Bola Tinubu has directed an immediate review of security operations in Katsina State to address the recent surge of attacks on innocent citizens by bandits.
Tinubu stated this when he met with a delegation of prominent citizens from the state, led by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, at the State House to discuss the security situation and potential solutions.
Additionally, the President announced plans to evaluate the operations of state police and to further equip recently deployed forest guards.
He assured that the armed forces would deploy more advanced military equipment and surveillance gadgets to bolster security efforts.
