BAYERN MUNICH SIGN LUIS DÍAZ FROM LIVERPOOL FOR 75 MILLION EUROS

Bayern Munich announced on Wednesday the acquisition of forward Luis Díaz from reigning Premier League champions Liverpool for a reported fee that may total 75 million euros.

The winger, who earned the Premier League, FA Cup, and two League Cup titles during his stint at Anfield, has committed to a contract with the Bundesliga giants through 2029.

This transfer ranks as the third most expensive in Bayern’s history. In the previous season, Díaz featured in 50 matches across all competitions, netting 17 goals and assisting eight, playing a key role in Liverpool’s 20th league championship.
