China Offers Humanitarian Aid to U.S. After Navy Aircraft Crashes in South China Sea

China’s foreign ministry, has expressed willingness to provide humanitarian assistance to the United States after two United States Navy aircraft crashed into the South China Sea.
This announcement was announce at a recent Press Conference by the country’s spokesperson, Guo Jiakun.
This was in response to a United States Navy helicopter and a fighter jet, which crashed in the waters of the South China Sea, in two separate incidents reported by the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
