In a renewed effort to enhance public safety, residents of Ibadan have been strongly advised to avoid late-night outings and unnecessary loitering.
The warning was issued by a security operative, Olajide Adewale, during an interview with Dominion News, who expressed concern over the rising security risks associated with nighttime movement, stressing that individuals who stay out late are more vulnerable to criminal activities.
