Makinde Urges Media to Promote Unity Ahead of 2027 Elections.

As the two thousand and twenty-seven general elections approach, the media has been called upon to continue its role in uniting the people and avoiding serving as a tool for division.

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, made this call while declaring the two thousand and twenty-five Press Week celebration of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ, Oyo Chapter, held at the Union Press Center in Iyaganku, Ibadan.
