Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has disclosed that the club is driven by performance not silverware, ahead of his side’s Carabao Cup semi-final first leg away to Newcastle today.
The City manager told the club’s website it’s not about winning or not winning trophies, it’s about how the team grows up, how the team is better.
