NECO Releases 2025 SSCE Results, 60.2% Pass Core Subjects.

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the two thousand and twenty-five Senior School Certificate Examination.

NECO Registrar, Professor Ibrahim Wushishi, announced the release of the results at a press conference in Minna, Niger State, noting that out of over one million candidates who sat for the June and July exercise, only eight hundred and eighteen thousand, four hundred and ninety-two, representing sixty point two percent, scored five credits and above, including Mathematics and English.

Wushishi announced that in view of the reviewed curriculum, which is currently being implemented, NECO will conduct the SSCE examination on only thirty-eight subjects, which will reduce the waiting time for the results.
