Southern Caucus Backs Power Rotation, Endorses Tinubu’s 2027 Re-Election.

The Southern Caucus of the National Forum of Former Legislators has appealed for national unity and power rotation between the North and South.

This decision was made at the end of the Southern Summit held in Abeokuta, Ogun State, which was convened by Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, highlighting the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

The Southern Caucus commended the Northern Caucus for promoting the completion of the South’s leadership tenure.

Key figures at the summit included Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun and former Senate President Ken Nnamani, as well as other notable politicians from the APC.
