Senate Screens Idris Olorunnimbe, Others for NCC Board Appointment.

The Senate Committee on Communications has successfully concluded the screening of nominees for appointment to the Board of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), led by Chairman-Designate, Idris Olorunnimbe.

During his screening, Olorunnimbe emphasized his commitment to supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

He also promised a regulatory environment that deepens broadband penetration, strengthens digital inclusion, protects consumers, and unlocks investment across Nigeria’s telecom and digital economy sectors.
