Weak Prosecution Undermines Rule of Law, Says Adekoya

Security consultant Onyekachi Adekoya has described Nigeria’s criminal justice system as a major challenge, citing a pattern of weak enforcement of the rule of law and poor prosecution of criminal cases.

Speaking in a recent interview, Adekoya referenced the recent forceful removal of an unruly passenger at Enugu Airport, stating that the incident reflects broader issues in Nigeria’s legal system.

He compared the Incident to a similar event, adding that he is waiting to hear the official response from the Minister of Aviation
