Governor Adeleke Orders Probe into Fatal Akinlalu Shooting by Alleged Amotekun Operatives

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has ordered a full investigation into the recent shooting that resulted in the deaths of several residents in the Akinlalu Community, allegedly by operatives of the Amotekun Corps.
The Governor has dispatched a high-level government delegation to the affected community to gather information about the incident that occurred last Tuesday.
The tragic event claimed four lives and has left the entire community in shock.

The Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly, who led a group of government officials to offer condolences to the community, assured residents that the government is committed to ensuring that justice is served.

Residents of Akinlalu have reported that Amotekun operatives invaded their community on that unfortunate Tuesday, shooting sporadically in the town center, which led to the fatalities and left eight others critically injured.
